For his latest evolution of the world’s finest milled blade putters, Scotty Cameron builds upon the Tour-proven success of 2020’s Special Select line and introduces his new Super Select models in 2023. Based on feedback from the game’s best players—and with constant design refinement at his San Diego County Putter Studio—Scotty has pushed his blade and mid-mallet designs even further with better performance, new milling capabilities, refined shapes, improved multi-material construction and cutting-edge weight distribution to deliver a Select line superior to any before it. The result—Super Select. Ten models comprise the new 2023 Super Select line, which will be introduced in two worldwide releases.

A classic shape that’s been a go-to style for feel players forever gets an overhaul for the most modern Del Mar yet—Scotty’s new 2023 Super Select Del Mar. From the back pocket cherry bombs, milled to a machined metal finish, to the new surface-leveled face texture, every refinement to this heel-shafted, compact mallet is an aesthetic and performance improvement. This design favors players who appreciate toe flow in a precision milled, solid 303 stainless steel putter that includes customizable stainless steel sole weights, refined flange contours and the Tour-tested narrower topline. Accented with pops of cherry red translucent and asphalt paintfill, the new Del Mar features the new Super Select graphics, shaft band, headcover and a textured Pistolero Plus grip. Also available in a left-handed version.

Combining the legendary softness of deep-milled putters with the feedback and roll of mid-milled offerings, Scotty’s new dual-milled face technology texture brings Tour-inspired feel to a new level.

SOLID MILLED PUTTER

Each Super Select Del Mar is milled in the United States from a solid block of 303 stainless steel for an insert-free putter head and face for superior feel and feedback.

PERFORMANCE WEIGHTING

Each new Super Select putter incorporates performance weighting technology featuring customizable sole weights precision milled in the United States from either 303 stainless steel or heavier tungsten for the Newport and Newport 2 models. Used in conjunction with purpose-built aluminum sole plates on all “Plus,” mid-mallet and GOLO models, Scotty’s performance weighting concept allows for optimal weight distribution and higher MOI so each putter can achieve ideal balance and proper performance at every length.

ACCESSORIES

Each Super Select model has a specific grip, designed to not only provide each putter’s proper swing weight and balance, but also to offer the right in-hand feel. The Newport, Newport 2, and new Plus models come equipped with a textured Pistolini Plus grip, a smaller design with a thicker, more substantial feel through the lower part of the grip. This grip is paired with the blade-style putters, while a new, textured Pistolero Plus grip has been paired with the mid-mallets and Del Mar. The Squareback 2, Fastback 1.5, Del Mar, GOLO 6 and GOLO 6.5 each come with a Pistolero Plus grip that carries through the line’s color scheme and includes a modern dark grey on black look that gives this new line a more modern character. When comparing grips, the Pistolero Plus has a larger profile in the top hand location near the butt of the grip and is also slightly heavier and provides the appropriate complement to the mid-mallet putters’ head shapes.
